I have spent the last hour considering getting one of these and I think I need to get some other peoples opinions. Whats everyones opinion on how they look? Its the proper "polex" MBW so I'd definitely consider modding it to its full capability (one of my friends has a serti dial that i may just ask to borrow on a long term lease) but i wondered if anyone had seen any in the flesh and what they thought of them? If the outcome is a good one then I may just order it today!

i think the black chrono that Pugwash posted is the only version i would consider wearing. I think to the average person, they would call it a rep even if it was the gen that was being worn. Omega are usually known for their clean lines and professional finish but these models look like they have been done in bubble writing. just my opinion

I took your advice and had a look on the bay. I found one for the chrono avenger thats got all the paperwork etc but had a broken watch. told her I'll just take the box for $20 and she said yeah thats fine. Only problem now is that I've just gone and had to spend more on buying a chrono avenger from josh!!! There goes my plan of saving this month.

My SFSO was bought from homer just over three weeks ago and since then I havent been able to leave it alone. So off I ran to Josh and got a box for it aswell as a black leather strap I've put some photo's (albeit blackberry ones so they are rubbish) below. I'm due to have the BCE arriving from in a few days aswell as an MBW LV Sub, a Black and White Bell and Ross and an MBW AP Jumbo RO so I'll try to get them up as the weeks progress.
