I personally think you are safe, I had one in Customs on Lax for 12 days. I received the watch yesterday! Rarely do watches get "kept" in customs because they are reps, it just usually happen... Give it a few more days and you will find your watch on it's way to your door.. MM

I can sure will get your parts. I can see you are new as this is your first post. If you have been reading on the forum.... the first rule when you receive a watch is to "check all screws and tighten them up". If you had done that, I doubt you would be looking for screws.. MM

Hold out for the N, the bezel is much more accurate to gen, and the crown guard is much nicer on the N!! MM

I have been told by 2 credible watch makers that the factory HE Valves Never leak, just the way they come. I also have never seen any customers having leaky valves out of the box. If i am wrong, Please educate me. One the dealers was BK! He said i would be wasting buy time epoxy sealing the HE, MM

Nice for you to post that Andrew at Trusty took care of you.. He try's very hard t take care of his customers! It all usually works out in the end. I just sent a watch back to China last week EMS and the cost was $38 from California to China. The only hassle sending a watch back is filing out 2 forms. One is a custom form and it takes some time. Other than that, its really not bad... I shipped another one last month with no problems also... You get use to it after awhile if you receive defective watches... It can happen to the best dealers also... It's not a perfect world,,, and our watches have problems from time to time right from the shipper... MM

Mary is a dealer which doesn't usually work on this forum. She is a very good though! There is no reason to look for dealers beyond this forum, as we have the cream of the crop as they say... MM
