@rek. I think the Pam daylight 196 will look perfectly fine on you. I also have this watch and it looks great! I am going larger without a problem...give it a try, you might like the look!

Personally I disagree with DT and Rek... I also have a 6 1/2" wrist ..I love the look of the Pam Fiddy on my wrist. I am currently wearing a Davidsen PVD 44mm. The lugs almost cover my complete wrist. I think todays look is BIG. I have on order the 48mm Breitling and will also later on get the Pam 187. If you can wear the Omega 45mm PO (which I have also from Neil), you can wear anything in my opinion,,, Just another perspective... Good Luck! I would take pics except honestlyy I currently do not have a digital camera. Except I think I am going to buy the Konica Minolta 5D. I must say...after reading Neil's thoughts on digital cameras,,, He got me going. I have been reading for the past 2 days. Finally made a decision. Hopefully in the next few weeks maybe I will be able to post after my purchase.

I have received the 45mm Black PO from Neil. The watch is gorgeous. The stainless steel band is 20mm, not 22mm which honestly looks great. This watch is extremely heavy in weight. I honestly can not believe it's a rep! Truth! The dial is very crisp in detail (as per Neil's pics).. The band is curved like it is suppose to be. I am very happy with this 45mm watch. I highly recommend purchasing this watch from Neil. Service was great... I added the extra $ for EMS shipping and Neil did a great job. If we keep getting reps like this in quality...I probably will not buy another Gen again..

I totally agree with sye46. I have owned a gen Datejust 2 tone, gen Yachtmaster, and also the infamous Black Submariner. Since I have played with reps in the past 2 years, I have finally sold off all my Gens and i am very happy with my reps with the proper mods. Just my 2 cts. I would say, I agree with the other members that maybe you should buy a used Gen, just to understand the feeling we all have.
