  1. Both watches are pieces I'd have and happily wear on a daily basis. I've been several times just one click away from the Steinhart, as it's a couple of bucks cheaper than the Tourby watches and should be in the same quality group. I'll get one of those, but still don't know when, everytime I'm about to get one, I buy a rep from the board... good luck with that purchase!
  2. Hi guys, as the topic title reads, I'm after WM 6.1 software for an Omnia phone which out of the box is pretty plain boring. I've been searching in www.xda-developers.com and found some stuff, but I'm posting here as I feel a lot more comfortable asking here than there. Basically I'm looking for gps programs, applications and games to kill some time for those moments you're not checking the board. Right now I have nothing for this WM 6.1 as I got the phone lsat friday and haven't been able to jump into it as I'm freshly out of the first 12hr batt charge. so anything you guys can share will be very welcome. and thanks in advance for reading this. have a great day!
  3. Maybe you should borrow a gen Maxi Marine *someone* around has in his wrist... ...and if you're on a 'regular' suit, I'd take the Rolex, you won't stand the parmifake rep strap.
  4. It's obvious the course of actions coming from the Admin team when this subject is identified. This is unacceptable in a place like this.
  5. that looks like a lot of fun, cheers for you guys. and another for your next GTG!
  6. the first thousand post was achieved by TTK in TRC looong years ago, we thought the world ended or that his counter would go back to zero... years before we lost him in those crystal castles that himself destroyed... but the 100th post is a must to celebrate, cheers mate!!
  7. that's gorgeous TJ, undoubtfully creative and beautiful. congrats!
  8. to me is even easier as I prefer chronographs when the subject is design. I find the 6263 prettier, but I'd have either of them.
  9. Hi DMC, good to see you around, some catching up you're facing!
  10. and you like that old watch? that's beautiful and pretty sharp, congrats on that gorgeous vintage piece!! wear it with the santa suit!
  11. thanks for sharing my friend, I've added it to my favourites. merry Xmas!
  12. If you feel you made a bad clothing choice for the evening, then fart or burp during the ceremony and I swear nobody will ever remember how you were dressed. On the serious side, less is more, so you'll never go wrong if you don't try anything out of the etiquette book. Good luck TJ!
  13. no pearl on that one, bezel is fixed so no pearl problem or number of clicks to bother about. I have one that's a couple of years old, bought from Paul at pam111, with an asian 7750 which is changing its date at 7 o'clock... that's the only issue with this one right now, but arrived perfectly from the dealer. check that the bracelet links are held together by screws and not one solid link and that will asure a full SS bracelet and not a brass plated one. you'll like it a lot. cheers!
  14. PAM 050, there's a SS version, powered by an asian 7750 or asian 21j, it must be scarce by these days, but I know some dealers may still carry it. You'll simply love it. I also have a thin wrist and love mine, in fact I'm wearing it right now! get yours!
  15. Hey, the watch looks spectacular... but nothing in your post tops the fact that the watch was bought and given by your girl... It just seems surprisingly awsome that your girl can spot a nice rep from a cheaper one, but most of all, that she went and probably handpicked ir for you. And it looks great! I can't imagine which shoes would my gf like... "that detail here, that detail there..." I guess she wouldn't know which rep to get me either... congrats on the girl!!
  16. why wouldn't you wear it? as long as you're only flashing the watch under the sleeve and not rubbing it on the interviewer's face, I see no problem there. I'd wear my lucky watch for a job interview, but I don't have any. Good luck with the interview!
  17. double post deleted. keep it up! cheers. Chino. PS- added: just checked the whole post, and that's an amazing job, it's impressive how you did that! Great job and pics, awsome!
  18. check ziggy's section for movement care! that's the bible I live by for my watches. cheers!
  19. I love those vintage pieces Kruzer, what a smart collection, my friend. wear them in great health!
