  1. Your watch contains a really great movement particularly if it is swiss. This movement was the Caliber: OP II Base Movement: ETA 6497/2 and was used in the A-D series. The movement the F series should be the same as the 1950 engraved Calibre OP XI. So your watch is more of a 001 variant all bar the case back. I’m not sure if you want to go through the palaver of making it a pre-V/A and still having a possibly incorrect movement. Unfortunately as far as I am aware the only watch that had a display case back for this movement was the 036 MM SE in Titanium There is a really nice D series 001 here and here My suggestion would be to see if you can get a solid caseback for a C or D series from DSN or if you want to spend $ then Jakob. You can then sell the F series caseback . You would then have a pretty correct watch with the correct movement. Get a gen strap and all will be sweet
  2. There are both Sinn and IWC regulator replicas around which will be the closest to what you're after.
  3. Never seen a snoop rep Watcheden has a unusual dialed speedys Cheap a pretty cheerful
  4. I reckon it would be a winner, I saw some 27 with 28 dials and they looked great so go for it. I agree Ti is an acquired taste and when combined with a black dial looks way to sombre and dull. GO FOR It and I look forward to seeing your pics. Won't it be a bit like the 199
  5. No Composite reps exist nearest would be the 292 Ceramic , get the 359 from Angus
  6. you got a cracking Ti already go 000 or 360
  7. It's $85 its not a massive amount is it? try it you might like it , but it might be worth shout a few extra bucks on this http://www.1-pc8838.com/rlsv01106-vintage-5513-date-submariner-asia-2813-28800-best-p-9667.html
  8. Yes there will be a difference but it can be quite minimal especially on the quality replicas. Sometimes a bit of a cap cod cloth rub down will smooth the edges if required. The new panerai are very well made. You will need to invest $ in a new strap though. The Big Pilots are good except the Anti Reflective coat isn't the same and the Power Reserve a dummy one. The crown tubes though are a different issue altogether. You need to try one yourself then you can decide
  9. Are you of a Metalhead/Goth Type Stock? then go for it, If you are a mild mannered accountant both day and night , buy it and keep it in its special box and look at it when you feel the need to be Phantom like ( i never knew he wore a ring )
  10. looking good there, so what do you think of it?
  11. Top quality pictures of a great looking combo
  12. It is all here But just use Goggle search with a "RWG+" as this one is pants Get yourself the new 104 first then 005 and then perhaps a Chrono and then a Rad or maybe a rad chrono, ' and you will need a PVD and then a Pre V and then a base perhaps an 002 and then a White Dial and the a DSN Sub and you'll need some good leather to put them on HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAH the Madness of it
  13. Good for you, it won't be easy but I'm sure you won't miss those hangovers. Best of Luck and I reckon you will still put up an entertaining post here and there with out the booze
  14. Hows it holding up? can you post a pic of the CG ? I's ask DSN what he thinks hes genrally pretty good a sort stuff out
  15. here you go http://puretimewatch.com/product/pam312-l-best-edition-v2/
  16. Good Grief you got it bad. But that is an awesome collection
  17. BS Are you serious? there are loads of posts on the new 312/320/359 that Angus Puretime produced earlier this year with the A7750 movement. The older 35Jewel version should be avoided
