    Slevin w/ SSB

I don't know if the rubber band version has good AR, but I know my ss bracelet slevin has very good AR. Most of the time, I need to remember the dial is black and not blue
  3. I have no problem with this kind of review as it usually allows to review lesser known product, as long as the integrity of the reviewer can be verified. Where I have a problem, it's if the reviewer sells the product for profits after the review. There is a thin difference between trading services and plain paying for someones services and if the reviewer sells the watch, to me that becomes the equivalent of being paid. But once again, this comes to the integrity of the reviewer. My 2 cents
  4. You have to push the button and push the pin at the same time. The button works as a lock for the pin. On my Cousteau, the pin was very hard to push and I even broke one of my tools I got with my Ingenieur. Be careful on the button, they are easily dismantled, but if that happens, you will still be able to reinstall your pin afterward. Good luck
  5. I don't even think this would work, the ingenieur bracelet has a different shape. When connecting, the central part on the ingy bracelet is from the case while it is the opposite on the Cousteau.
  6. When I opened my Cousteau 07, everything was alright. Mvt was held in place by at least 2 screws and stickers were all at the right place. Only problem was that stem was broken during shipping
  7. I see I'm not the only one who got bit by the rep infection lately. I've got 4 watches coming plus the 5 I already have, all in 2 months. I'll show some pics eventually. Very nice pics and collection btw. Keep them coming. Cheers
  8. Is it automatic or quartz? If you got and automatic with working chrono at this price, it's a steal. Nice watch, enjoy it Cheers
  9. Found that on ebay: 230212987537 White AMG
  10. In this kind of site, you'll get lower quality watch, full of flaws and if you get a working chrono, it's gonna be quartz, all that at inflated prices. If you want high quality replicas, have a look at the dealers on this forum and if you are look for the same kind of watches as exactreplica (low quality) but at half the price, take a look at watchsilix.com. Cheers and good luck
  11. Hi, I know you have 2 pams, but what about the 089 Ti? I'm about to pull the trigger on this one. Cheers
  12. Thanks The Zigmeister, I already tried, but the stem is just to long and wedges the movement in the case. I could maybe force it, but I didn't think it was a good idea.
  13. Hi, I just received a Cousteau 2007, but the stem seems to have been broken during shipping. My seller is offering to send a new stem and crown as a first try to fix the problem so I don't have to sent back the watch. The only problem is that part of the stem is still attached to the movement and I can't pull it with my regular tweezers because it is too far in the tube. Does long narrow tweezers that would fit into the tube exist or any other tool that could help pull the stem? Thanks for your help Pat
  14. I was wondering if that ingy exists for real or is a fantasy watch. On IWC's site, I could only find white dial with ss strap and golden markers or in midsize. But maybe not all models are shown on the site or it's an older model. from Puretime's site I also found the same watch on King's site, but slightly different (dark ring around glass, dark hands) maybe because of lighting? I really like this design and was wondering if the gen exists and which collector has the one closer to the original. Thanks for the help
  15. Hi everyone from northern Canada. I have a question: Is it worth buying multiple watches in the same order to save on shipping but risk having them all seized at customs? Your inputs and personnal experiences are welcome. I'm planning on making my first buy soon, but I'm still not decided Pat
