P4GTR
Whats the options for getting a 28.8K in a noobmariner? As of right now all I can come up with is eurotimez DG upgrade, or purchase a DG and install it yourself. I like the thought of good subs for $100 shipped, but I need more movement options. trailboss
No, 2813 is low beat (tho not a POC IMO) the high beat DG is the 38xx series. Should be a straight swap. Col.
dandonnelly
josh offers both a swiss " wink, wink" and eta asian copy and he also has the 21j 2813 in the beginnermariner http://www.jpc8118.com/rlss01008-black-dial-classic-2008-update-asian-2836-p-5708.html
preacher62
I got a noob from ET with a DG4813. Runs at 28,800 bph. You can get an Asian-made 2836-2 on ebay for $60 - $70, or a fully Swiss made ETA 2836-2 from Otto Frei for $138...not the COSC version, but a good movement. You can purchase a 4813 from OFrei for $27.50.
alligoat
Paul's 'so called perfect' is a noob- the updated M serial w/ a 2836-25j movement- you'd have to figure it's asian, but should be 28.8K beat. This may well have the better crown, rehaut still looks a little thin, but it's still not a bad deal for a beater http://www.pam111.com/product_info.php?products_id=1165&osCsid=e75b3340c2a7dffc8577049ab800bc51

Eurotimez wont do the upgrade for you, you'll have to buy the movement and fit it yourself. I have just ordered a Noobmariner with clone ETA from PWC using his wholesale offer for $119 rrp $200ish.
