NOTE: I did install recessed aftermarket inserts & pearls, and a light polish on the case & bands, but the lume is factory though.

With respect to the 1680's, I'll always consider this generation of Subs, SD's, YM's and GMT's as the proper and classic Rolex tool watches.

Which Sd is that and is it the standard crystal?

It was the SSD V2 from ANdrew--I think he still has the same one. Stock crystal, I just sanded the underside of the insert (tutorial in my sig) to show off a bit more of the crystal.
