Disclaimer?

(well, it is for me!)

As above, disclaimers seem to be a standard get out clause for forum hosts to make sure they're not taken to court for what someone's said on the site, from what I can see - on car forums they have them on so if some tool crashes after racing on the road and posts up about it, the site owners can't be held responsible for inciting them through hosting other such material.

Not sure how much protection a disclaimer will do when 1 of the words that make up the site name is 'replica', which infers contraband & illegal activity. While I wholeheartedly agree with the Admin's decision to include it, I kind of see such disclaimers as being akin to posting a 'Not responsible for lost or stolen articles' disclaimer on a How to Shoplift site. :whistling:
