You definitely shouldn't compare customer service in the rep world to your Gen customer service, but be patient and I'm sure everything will work itself out. Good luck.

100% agree. Remember what this hobby is! It's very complicated and variously legal.

Hotbody77 has been taken cared of by our customer service and a new case has been ordered for him as promised. We prefer if our customers contact us on our mail if they have any issues as we usually find a solution to the problems and there is no real need to discuss it here.

This really puzzle me if the V5 is made by different factories with differnt quality/specs.

Comments from memebers taking the V5 really do vary and doesn't show a good consistency on the quality.

My hands are shaking whether I should pull the trigger.
