Ronin
As far as PP fee's, maybe, do what they started doing on the Geek. Use "Gift" when sending in the payment. No fees.

arniezac
it doesn't work for all Countries When I upgraded recently, I sent the payment as a gift. PP charged me around 40 cents for the transaction, but no fees like they normally charge. Thats from the UK to Planet RWG I always send as a gift unless its a purchace from a proper buisness. Would n't want to arouse suspicion. And sending within the UK I don't recall ever being charged to send gifts. Howabout only letting people with Breitling Aerospace lumeshot avatars enter Or do you think that might exclude our core demographic too much. You could call it the 'Lets not bother having a raffle and just give it to that nice bloke Arniezac free giveaway bonanza'

Toadtorrent
I've been trying PP gift and am getting fees charged now...the software has changed. Recently a $130 transaction charged $5.70 or something like that.

I think we should stay away from drawing unwanted attention to the PP account.. but since we are getting eaten up by fees.. a couple of dollars extra per ticket would go to reduce the pain..
