siesta181 Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 So guys... I have been involved in too many PAM projects this year and have not been paying too much attention to the replica scene in general, but I thought the IWC TG was a pretty darn good replication. Wanna hear you input on others that you think is the replica of the year.
Samurai Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 Having bought quite a few 1:1 kinda reps this year....I have to say....for me the Franck Muller Conquistador Cortez King on a SS bracelet is the rep of the year.
maxman Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 Although It came out at the very end of(Dec,31) 08, I think the Breitling SW should be a contender for best rep of 09. Mike

I really like the FM CCK, dam that looks like one big mofo of a watch My kind of watch Mike
ubiquitous Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 Are we talking best rep as released in '09? Or best rep purchased in '09 (reglardless of release date)?
siesta181 Posted December 29, 2009 Author Report Posted December 29, 2009 I had in mind the reps released in 2009
robertk Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 I agree with the Muller and BP, but this one is certainly in the running: UN
Mercury Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 Was the GMTIIC released this year, I can't recall.
elepaolo Posted December 29, 2009 Report Posted December 29, 2009 My vote goes to BK WM9 Rolex Yacht-Master, hands down
coolfire Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Having bought quite a few 1:1 kinda reps this year....I have to say....for me the Franck Muller Conquistador Cortez King on a SS bracelet is the rep of the year. That is one Mutha! I really like the FM CCK, dam that looks like one big mofo of a watch My kind of watch Mike I concur!
PeteM Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Blimey Samurai thatssome watch mate. Either thats watch is enormous or that baby has very hairy arms!!! I like it, have you chosen it just because of accuracy to gen, is it that good or a combination of looks, gen accuracy and that lovely size.

I've met him personally.
jjenk Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 The Breitling Avenger Seawolf. Awesome rep especially in yellow.
tomhorn Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 The WM9 YM gets my vote. Preferably assembled by BK ..
hiker01 Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 The UNs were tops in my 2009: Then the SINNs:
brianbrian Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 One vote for UN. That Blue Surf is great. The price is also fair; some new "ultimate" reps are a bit overpriced IMO.
Noel Fleischer Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 The WM9 YM gets my vote. Preferably assembled by BK .. I have to agree- the YM by BK is awesome
bjl3910 Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 (edited) Don't know if this one counts, but What about HBB? That all black ceramic one is sick. I don't know when it was released, but I have been drooling over it. Too bad its almost $800 with shipping. Income tax return come on baby, get here soon!!! Edited January 5, 2010 by bjl3910
