Hi guys,

Just got my PO 45mm yesterday, was looking so forward to it but now that I have it, I'm very disappointed. Nothing wrong with the watch, its the 5th gen version and accuracy is stunning but it all boils down to size.

I purchased a PAM 111 since joining the old RWG and it's been on my wrist everyday. Prior to this, I was wearing a Breitling Bentley. This PO is 45mm but seems very feminine compared to my PAM :wounded1:, I feel like PAM has ruined any chance of having a nice collection of different brands.

guess I can also forget about that stunning IWC chrono, :bangin:

Anyone else had this problem?

P.s. will probably get rid of this PO and go for the 196 as my next watch, tough life huh?

this was a question for Miss Understood...she is the only one that can give you a smart answer about this...we are all PAM nuts here...and you want get a good answer other than : BUY...BUY...BUY.... PANNIES!

more you buy...more you want...and when you have all of the rep pannies...you start asking question to dealers when are going to be released new reps....of pannies!

the cure isn't yet been invented...and i doubt it will ever be!

...ohoh, I can clearly understand your problem....I was in the same boat but I managed to live with it.....right now my problem has even reached a new stage......I think my 44mm Pannies are all too small since I have some 47mm Pannies (FIDDY, MM-Destro, 6452, 3646, 187....). I can only wear ...lets say the Bentley 49mm or the new Breit World with 46mm..........but hey I can stop easy, any time I want I can come back to smaller watches, reduce my dosis, no problem.......ohoh the doorbell....I have to go....my dealer :p

For me the problem has got completely out of hand. It started off with Pannies as with most people but soon even they were not enough. I am ashamed to say I then started strapping big alarm clocks round my wrist with a leather belts. In my bedroom at first but then I started going out like that, at first at night but the during the day too. People would just laugh and stare like I was some sort of weirdo

Soon even this was not enough and I stole a huge clock from a railway station and tied it round my wrist with a rope. I haven't been out with it on yet because I can't lift my arm off the floor. I know I need help is there any orginisation for my kind.

Wait a few days. My first was a 111h, after that PO 42.5 orange. It had to grew on me for a few days, now i love it. After the PO in order: Tag Heuer Indy 500, PAM 212, IWC Jones Viagra and IWC GST Chrono Ti.

Wear them all, love them all. Every watch has it's charm although I would not buy a watch smaller than 40 mm anymore.

this is crazy...

if you used smaller watches some days, you will forget your 47mm watch.

i think 44mm is the biggest one... no bigger please.

i prefer the 47mm...have two of them the 217 and the 187...thinking about getting the breitling 49mm...and the huge russian diver of 60mm plus crown 75-80mm....

once you go 47mm it is difficult to go down...ask the girls, they know...once they go big...nothing is big enough!:lol::lol:

Ha ha I have a fatness tick... The fatter the better... I have no Pams yet and am looking into them right now...(any tips on which is most addictive)... but I love thick seadwellers... The higher on the wrist the better

The other day on the Bay I bought a gen Citizen Bullhead Coppertone '60 Chrono Automatic... 130$. Happy happy... until it arrived yesterday...it was thick allright but hell it is only 35mm or so. It's an p#ssy watch... Now I really stick to reps.... no gens for me... :Jumpy:

Yep, I had Breitling, Patek Phillipe and then found this place, bought a Pam 232, 253, 127 and 111 G so far. The Panerai virus has got me real bad to be sure and it is only a matter of time before I start buying a Gen or two. :bangin::Jumpy::bangin:

Well, if you really like large watches, have a looke at this Narikaa's watch.

It is declared as 4005 mm -- just a bit more than 4 meters wide. Crown excluded. :)
