Ben
It was my birthday on the 8th of Feb, I bought this beauty from Timezone. I will let the pictures do the talking! All in all a very good birthday! Can anyone recommend me a good strap? Ben
By-Tor
Wow... that's a classy watch indeed. Great birthday present, enjoy!
Ben
I really wanted the version without the date which is powered by a lemania handwind movement just like the 1964 version, but was twice as expensive! Do you know if it would be possible to get a 19mm hornback strap made, or do people think it wouldnt be the right look? Thanks
kronos twin
It's a beauty. May it treat you well! Hornback won't look right with that watch. It's too dramatic, and the beauty of this piece is its understated lines.

b16a2
Great choice. I saw this on TZ and loved the pictures. Equally, I love the watch and the pics you have shared with us, wear it well!
Ben
The strap on it at the minute is quite heavily used by the last owner, a replacement OEM is $250! I guess its just me being picky but all I can imagine is some other guys sweat on me! If anyone knows where to get an aftermarket strap from I would be greatful! Its 19mm tapering to about 17mm and its really thin at the clasp end only 1mm I have found a site selling the black perforated strap for
letter
Very nice Ben I'm guessing the strap makers here could make them to your specification? I'll be selling my black dialed one in the next couple of days

Ben
So Silent and such a smooth sweeping action, never owned Swiss before but I can't hear the thing tick even against my ear! Thats something the girlfriend appreciates, she can normally hear them ticking if I leave them on the bedside table, drives her potty! (I dont do it deliberatly...honestly!)
