alanytical Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Found info on this new model posted on TZ. What do you guys think? Avenger "Code Yellow" Limited Edition 1000 pcs.
deniz21 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 i realy like it, the breitling yellow is cool. and the good things.. it should be not so hard to rep this beauty :thumbsupsmileyanim:
AeroMike Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 I want a black and orange one. Hey, I got a thing for orange, lol don't believe me? look at my sig, both are orange, both are hemi's and both are limited edition Daytona's.
jchurch Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Looks nice, wonder if there will be a good rep of this model. If so I am down to get one
By-Tor Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 That required some great horological innovations from Breitling I'm sure. How did they do that... painted the subdial hands and inner bezel numbers to yellow! Pure genius! Seriously, it looks ok. Not sure if it's worth "upgrading" your Skyland because of this though.
importr Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 You'd think so! but the Super Avenger gen has chrome numbers, whereas the rep has opaque greyish numbers. Chances are, they'll get the Skyland dial wrong aswell i realy like it, the breitling yellow is cool. and the good things.. it should be not so hard to rep this beauty :thumbsupsmileyanim:
deniz21 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 maybe they learnd it, and make it better this time.
chronoluvvv Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 will this be the year that Breitling officially starts its descent into the horological abyss that is Hublot ?
opti Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 will this be the year that Breitling officially starts its descent into the horological abyss that is Hublot ? don't say it!!
alanytical Posted March 31, 2010 Author Report Posted March 31, 2010 will this be the year that Breitling officially starts its descent into the horological abyss that is Hublot ? Let's hope Breitling doesn't get all Tutti Frutti on us...ever.
chronoluvvv Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Let's hope Breitling doesn't get all Tutti Frutti on us...ever. haha, dibs on the pink !
Antstar24 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 This model sounds like its backed by Mountain Dew.. code yellow?
Yannou Posted April 1, 2010 Report Posted April 1, 2010 I hope they will make some good rep of the avenger (as the SA is a bit too big for me)..
geestyleed Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Remembers me a bit at the Rolex Explorer II Orange Hand....
P4GTR Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Bezel 1's are wrong, not hooked, but flat. Pushers are way too long. Must be V2 movement, V3 dial, V1 bezel with Zulu titty pearl. Rehaut is way off. Looks to be swiss clone of GZ gen. Edit: crown guards are too short, and date is not perfectly centered. This is a $20 canal st. piece.
Eton Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Hmm, not bad! I like the color choice, different is good
pammo13 Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Can you please tell me about the rubber strap. Is it a Breitling or Breitling style with a buckle added or is it a genuine? Thanks for your time
chronoluvvv Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Can you please tell me about the rubber strap. Is it a Breitling or Breitling style with a buckle added or is it a genuine? Thanks for your time its the second generation Breitling diver strap, commonly known as the Diver Pro II MSRP is around a 100 bucks
FxrAndy Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 I like the contrast with the yellow but i don't like the shinny numerals on the dial
