deniz21 Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 hi guys today i saw this from watcheden ceramic bezel, the red seamster and the chrome numbers on the dial maybe not to bad for a first attempt but i hope there will come more improved versions...
spooky driver Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Oooooo that is nice... i wonder what it looks like in the flesh
deniz21 Posted April 13, 2010 Author Report Posted April 13, 2010 yes its very nice..but the biggest tell on this one is the size omega makes the liquid metal only in 42mm not in 45.....
TeeJay Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Looks good, it'd definitely be interesting to see how it looks in the flesh
MasterOfPuppets Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Saw this at watcheden some time ago, didn't know it was a new version The gen looks nice though
docdoc Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Why can they do the omega logo right ? I mean it is not that expensive to produce and replace some accurate logos with the new models

If you see Kay Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 collosal FAIL!!!!!!!! I tried one on at the local Omega boutique. THis rep misses the mark TOTALLY btw the LM PO was going for $5,800 CDN here
wat44 Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 arent the ripples around the bezel quite different?
Jkay Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 It looks like a re-dialed PO .... :/ The coin-edged bezel is missing ... just a re-dialed PO??
deniz21 Posted April 15, 2010 Author Report Posted April 15, 2010 the coin edged bezel is a feature of the 42mm po, the big size PO has this bezel, and yes this watch is in a upo case and this is maybe the biggest flaw, cause the LM PO is only made in 42mm
plaifender Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 what's up with the numeral "1" in the "12" why does it look white in watch eden's version???? would love to see this watch in natural photo....
If you see Kay Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 the white 1 is just a reflection from the lights in the photo. All the markers ar e the same material, colour and texture. It happens quite alot in photos with watches that have metal markers.
txcollector Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 It's not a very good rep. The dial is bad, the bezel is bad. I don't even count this as a first try more like a pre-alpha Look at the DW, how glossy the dial should be, the Omega logo/writing should be raise, the numbers should be raised, the OEM bezel is made of a different manufacturing process that allows for the numbers/markings to pop. I'm sorry but this is more an inspired watch than a tentative at a rep. If you like that look Ofrei sells a glossy dial that's closer to the liquidmetal than this rep. There's no OEM bezel available though (and I doubt we will ever see one)
