Anyhoo just want to say hi and introduce my watchbox. I have owned a ton of watches over the years so here's the list.

Old Gen's - SFSO(cream dial), AP Millenary, Breguet XX TI chrono, Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine (white dial arabic)

Then I sort of stopped working for a couple years as I was young and stupid and had made a bunch of money and figured it would be fun to blow it all. That said I got back to work expecting to make the same amount of money only to find out I'd be making 1/3 of that. Needless to say all those beautiful gens went the way of the FS thread. Anyway here's my current watch box with the exception of my EBEL 1911 Chrono (panda dial) and RXW Poseidon (Arabic).

First up is my travel watch. This watch has gone with me to 13 countries so far and Will always and forever be my travel watch. I love the thing it is built like a tank and it is super comfortable on the NATO strap

Next is a beautiful 1989 Ebel 1911 Chrono with the Zenith El Primero 400 movment which IMO blows away the ETA 7753 or 7750 in terms of operation. Not really sure what to do with this watch because the wifey doesn't like it as it reminds her of her ex boyfriend. So look for it on the FS forum if i can't find a friend to take it off my hands.

Next is the legendary rep of all reps (IMO) the Rolex Explorer I with ETA movement. Unless you take the caseback off it is very hard to tell if its a rep. I just need to get it lumed. Now if all of our lume specialists weren't so flaky with their turnaround times I might actually take this one out of the rotation and get it sent for a lume job.

My grandfather's Douglas handwind tool watch that he's had since the 50's (or earlier) I love this thing because it was his and that it has so much character. It is built like a tank and works perfectly only 5 seconds fast per day.

The last 2 watches are my favorites. The first is the RXW Plasmir Millgauss (What a fantastic name!) an absolutely stunning melding of the style of the old Heuer Chronos and Panerais. The thing is beautifully made and it ties the next watch for # of times a week it gets worn.

The final watch is the awesome Seiko 600m with the spring drive movement which IMO is the best movement that exists today in the watchmaking industry. It is a fusion of past and present and my watch is accurate to +3 seconds A MONTH. It is the most beautiful movement to watch (ha get it!) and the fact that there is no escapement means there is no ticking, just a continuous sweep.
