omgiv
Hi Guys, The largest and bulkiest watch that I have right now is a Seiko MarineMaster. I have other dive watches and have had a PAM111 in the past. I was wondering how big the DSSD wears and if anyone has seen one compared to the MarineMaster. I have about a 6.75" wrist and don't have a problem with the regular Sea-Dweller or MarineMaster. Thanks!!!!!
plaifender
The marine master is a bit chunkier.. but the DSSD is heavier and thicker... It doesn't wear SUPER large on the wrist and it seems really balanced despite it's heavy weight. Here's a wrist shot on my 6.25" wrist:

mastrmindalliance
The DSSD is large, but because of its balance, it doesn't make you look puny. It "Wears smaller" than some watches that are actually smaller. because of it's balanced dimensions Get one - you won't be dissapointed!

panerai153
I would agree. It seems to wear smaller than it looks. It is thick though. my wrist size is between 6.5 and 6.75 and it doesn't look or feel too big. i have had several watches that were the same diameter and some just looked too big, this one doesn't.It's a really nice watch, I feel like it will be in the keeper catagory for me, depending on the quality and wearability of my WM9 SD that's on order. Here is a wrist shot of mine.
AllergyDoc
Here's one of mine next to a 40.5 mm watch: I got rid of it because I felt the skinny bracelet didn't properly support the heavy watch head.
omgiv
Thanks for the pictures and comparison shots. I think that it will be fine on my wrist. If I can get away with a Panerai, I think I can do the DSSD. Thanks again!!!!

Dizzy
I just typed out a big story about why i dont like the size of the DSSD.... then i hit my back button on my laptop track pad and its all gone basicly i dont like the DSSD.. feels very unbalanced to me.. The watch head (43mm) is way to big for the small bracelet they put on it. My 48mm super avenger is much more balanced feeling when onn the wrist. I for one, love the way it feels on the wrist. My Blacsteel is less comfortable than my dssd...
