Watchmeister
Does anyone know which Rolex movement is closest in height to an ETA 2824. Asking for a contemplated project. Thanks in advance.
ubiquitous
From personal experience, a 2824 will exchange with a 1520...
Ronin
Is the 1520 slimmer than the 1530/1560/1570.
ubiquitous
That is correct as it lacks the calendar mech/ring.
alligoat
The 2824 and the 3135 are also very close in stem position. WM9/BK uses the 2824 in the YM, 16610LV and the V3 sub.

What would be great is if something like this was expanded to include: 1.) Hand sizes 2.) Subdial spacing (center subdials to center H/M/S) 3.) Stem height We need a wiki/db. Hand size is my #1 would be nice to know.
