redwatch Posted October 16, 2010 Author Report Posted October 16, 2010 NP! Now I just have to take one of mine apart and see what's inside :-) Good luck with that Henrik! Let me know if I can offer any advice!
redwatch Posted March 23, 2012 Author Report Posted March 23, 2012 Just got this one back from Ziggy. I had him install new hands that would accept lume and also had the dial indices lumed to match. I went with the vintage tritium mix to go along with the age of this watch.
dbutlerman Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 Nice Red! Glowing watches are the best!
cougar1 Posted March 23, 2012 Report Posted March 23, 2012 That looks stunning red, such a transformation from the original!

hambone Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 This is my Great Grandfathers watch, He was a mercenary from Finland in the 1899 Boer War in South Africa, and carried this 1872 Waltham watch with him. My Father just gave it to me. I had it serviced a few days ago and the hands are aligned, and it runs nicely.
