Prsist
Has anyone bought one? Are they quality? How does it compare to the rep bracelet, specifically the one on PT's 1665 GW?
alligoat
The yuki bracelet isn't worth it- marked 93250 on the back, it has solid middle links to boot and the wrong dive extension. Stick with the PT bracelet- smooth it down w/ some 400 wet/dry if the edges are too sharp for you. It's really not a bad rep bracelet for the price. You can pick up a used gen for $400 if it's really bothering you. I did like the new Yuki offering- an almost decent 5508 w/ a 2824 motor- replace the pearl and you're good to go http://www.yukiwatch.com/catalog/item/7617720/8337563.htm oh yeh, age the dial and hands a little too. Heck, age the watch period.
highoeyazmuhudee
yukis is overpriced. there really is NO good bracelet overall, some are better than others but still require some work or gen parts

ShawnBeever
I really like the PT 93150. The clasp is a bit naff particularly the cartoon like coronet and I have swapped mine for a gen version. The colour of the steel matches the gen clasp very well. I think if you are worried about the accuracy of the PT bracelet then you may be better of with another base watch as the bracelet is probably the most accurate bit of it. The PT 1665 is excellent value for money but every thing about it is slightly different to a gen. unlike an MBW where some of it is different to a gen. alligoat
Swapping in a gen clasp is a good idea, but the good ones will run $150. Here's one where the coronet has been polished almost smooth- pretty common for 30 year old clasps. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Rolex-original-1680-Submariner-fliplok-buckle-/270654070183?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f043d5da7

They are expensive these days. The PT bracelet is good except for the clasp, The MBW 93150 is not too bad. I took my PT bracelet and put a modified Noobmariner clasp on it.. turned out ok. Ive been buying gen bracelets lately for my better projects. NOTHING beats a nice old Rolex bracelet
