i bought this gmt

and i started to modify it

first step "bezel"

i replace with a original blue\red bezel

what do you thing?

now i want change the hand set

I would upgrade the crown and tube with a gen one.

Makes a huge difference.

Nice watch... I would´ve sanded the bezel to sit a little lower and show some of the outer "lip", but it looks good as it is. Enjoy!

If a genuine crystal fits, that would be a nice addition. What hands are you looking at? Clark, Mr. Scumbag aka WO990. genuine dial, crystal crown/tube would make a really nice watch. Genuine crown for sure to start, as the rep crowns are too big.

to buy hand set i have to considerate what kind of movement i have or i can buy every type of hand set?

The hands you purchase must match the movement in your watch. Different movements use different size holes in the hands, although some are compatible and some you can make fit with a big enough hammer.

Rolex hands will not in general fit ETA movements.
