Prsist Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Does this method work for all bezel assemblies? Is it a good tutorial to follow? http://www.vikbobil.se/bezel.html
Irontomkidd Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 I use a similar method on my GMT. Only I use tape on the bezel and case, and I use the can opener tool out of my Swiss army knife (very similar to a case knife). It wouldn’t work on my Chase Durer, and I would never attempt it on my gen Omega.
Nanuq Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Boy that's a good tutorial. I do the same steps but I don't use tape on the lugs.
krpster Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Pretty nice tutorial. Doesn't get much better than that.
d-rock Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Yup...that works for me as well on the 16610.
Dizzy Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Boy that's a good tutorial. I do the same steps but I don't use tape on the lugs. You probably heat the case to 1500 degrees then throw if off your balcony into the driveway to pop the bezel off... I've seen your pictures.... lol
Nanuq Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 There's always the direct approach, but my aim stinks.
Guest Sql_pl Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Good tutorial. You can also find many videos with tutorials on this subject on youtube.
