Guest Sql_pl Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 I guess someone liked that pic a lot and posted it there, looks like noone noticed anything wrong http://rolexblog.blogspot.com/2009/06/quantities-of-rolex-quality.html
valerian Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 Uhhh. Not cool. It's a great shot and I can see why they like it since Freddy's pieces are almost 100 but I would not like my pics being used on a gen blog. Hope they asked him beforehand. Val.
hiker01 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 That just show you how good of a Shot Freddy is.......and his amazing Daytona collections! If those guys finds out............ I can't wait to see the commotion over there! :black_eye:
Guest jsuperman17 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 wow that cant be good.. wonder if he was informed before it was posted...
redwatch Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 Same leak as the pics of 5th_group's 5510? Not good at all
Ray T Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 hope no one points it out, you dont want some the sites owner posting that these are fakes and getting freddy too much attention
freddy333 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 I guess someone liked that pic a lot and posted it there, looks like noone noticed anything wrong This is actually the 3rd or 4th time Jake has borrowed 1 of my pics. In general, I have no problem with the operators of gen sites posting my pics. What I do have a problem with is the missing watermark on this 1, which means that either someone located the original RWG post from about 3 years ago (before I began watermarking -- just for this reason) or someone spent a bit of time to remove it.
TeeJay Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 Hmmm... They've at least given you credit as photographer, but I wonder what they would say if they knew that those were not 'factory finished' watches PS If you're not happy for the pic to be used without the watermark, ask for them to remove it, it is your right as owner of the photo...
freddy333 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 If it were not a gen site, I would ask them to remove it. But, all things considered, I would rather not make waves since they did give 'freddy' credit.
TeeJay Posted March 14, 2011 Report Posted March 14, 2011 I know what you mean there, sometimes it's easier to just go with the flow Always nice to be recognized though
Guest Sql_pl Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 One more pic found at that blog: http://rolexblog.blogspot.com/2010/06/good-life-wrist-shot-of-day.html Wonder where that guy finds these pics of Freddy's, at RWG?
freddy333 Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 One more pic found at that blog: Wonder where that guy finds these pics of Freddy's, at RWG? Good question? I suspect they are being pinched from here. And, in that case, someone de-focused my watermark in the lower left-hand corner, which (to answer those who keep asking) is why I now place my watermarks on top of the main item.
Dizzy Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 Ive seen that first pic on a number of gen forums over the past years. Its a beautiful picture so I can see why people want to use it. Hopefully it doesnt get too much attention. dizz
