At this point, I don't know any modders in Asia, so you're faced with either sending it to the EU or the US. I don't know any modders in Australia either. JMB has helped me on three or so projects- very good and reasonable. Pbdad over at repgeek comes to mind also, but RG has been down for a couple of weeks now, so I don't know how to reach him until the forum comes back up. There's also a group over in the EU, Domi and Francisco come to mind but I've never used them since I'm in the USA and prefer not to mess with Customs if I don't have to.
