I really like the Legende but I am concerned with the sunken datewheel. Don't know how noticeable it will be once I get the watch. I like the Chronomat but just feel its a little to formal for me. I have read all the reviews in this forum (great reviews and tips by the way) and came to the conclusion that the B01 ultimate has less flaws then the Legende (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm in my mid-20's and want something that's fashionable and realistically something that I can wear on most occasions. I'd love to hear what people in the forum think. Being in your mid 20's, it would probably suit you far more than the Legend, the new bezel with 'space invader' numerals, the big pearl. Now I'm wavering over the Ultimate B01 and the Chronomat Evolution. What do you guys think? Is there still a sunken date wheel problem on the B01 (the evolution seems like the date wheel is fine). I dig the B01 look,but that pearl drives me crazy so for that reason,the BCE is for me. If that doesnt bother you then give the B01 a go. The Super Avenger, the Chronomat with UTC, 6.75, Bentley GT and the Montbrilliant Legende and I would suggest the Legende. The Chronomat B01 is a nice watch but nothing special. The Legende at 46mm is a large watch that wears well and is very noticeable. I have both the black face and the white face and prefer the white face with the dark blue bezel ring. I'm going with Dave's Advice and getting the V2 Graphite with the updated wheel. I can already say that this is the first of my many new future breitling purchases. By-Tor Posted April 16, 2011 Report Share Posted April 16, 2011 I researched the BCE a little when I bought mine. The original v2 is long gone... "v2 with updated dw" is actually v3. Confused? Well, read this: Original v2 supposedly had better bracelet and better dial. v3 dials (the tabs mainly) are inferior. Hopefully all that wavering I did works in the end. Its my first breitling so I really couldn't decide which one would be best. After doing countless hours of research I decided I big flashy watch is what I wanted, and with the Super Avenger thats what I will get. Since its my first Breitling, any suggestions on if I should get it serviced or anything else I would need to know about owning a Breitling?
