lhooq
If I lived anywhere in the western US, I would get an annual pass! Have fun, Ubi!
ubiquitous
Mrs. Ubi would love to have an annual pass! And... I have to say, the idea is quite tempting!

frankt
Back in the late '80's when we moved to S.W. Fl. we did the "annual pass" thing....But after 7 or 8 visits it starts to get "old".....We go up to Orlando every 2-3 yrs these days and it's more than enough "mouse" for me.... ubiquitous
As parents, my wife and I love going to Disneyland... But for me, the magic is experiencing it all with my kids. They're only little once... And in a way, I feel as though I'm reliving my childhood with them...
Watchmeister
You have it exactly right. You will wake up one day and your kids will conclude that Disney is "too babyish" so go while the going is good.
ubiquitous
Hopefully some day, when my kids have kids of their own, they'll continue on the tradition...
Utheman
Very nice. You're at the Happiest Place on Earth during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Happiness overload!
lhooq
You will wake up one day and your kids will conclude that Disney is "too babyish" so go while the going is good. When I was twenty, three high school friends and I took a road trip down to Anaheim. We each bought a five-day pass and shared one room at the Best Western across the street from the front entrance. By the third day, two of them were all Disneyed out, and spent their time drinking in the motel room. However, one friend and I were still eagerly lining up for Indiana Jones and Splash Mountain on the final night. Now that I'm older and jaded, I figure I'll only be good for three days at the park. ubiquitous
Very nice. You're at the Happiest Place on Earth during the Most Wonderful Time of the Year. Happiness overload! I was quite bummed when we left. I usually feel a little down and blue on the day that we depart, but perhaps even more so this time. I just didn't want to leave (my wife and kids felt the same; we were all kinda just bummin') But I always feel a little better knowing that we'll be back again soon Now that I'm older and jaded, I figure I'll only be good for three days at the park. The only thing I think I find myself jaded with these days are the long lines. Well, at least this time anyways. The Holidays are a very fun time to visit, but the crowds are pretty crazy. I'm glad I got to experience it at least once though. Next year, we'll be visiting during the usual off-peak times methinks
