Pam-O-licious
I am about to purchase some buckles from Davidsen but, he does not have 22mm buckles with "panerai and logo" does anyone carry these?
grifter
I think these are called MX buckles and Rolexfinder makes rep ones that have to be sewn into straps. I believe he sells straps with his MX buckle already sewn in. Hope this helps
Pam-O-licious
Thank you but, I definitely want them to be screw in type buckles as I will be switching bands with them.
ogladio
Never seen a screw-in/spring bar 22 mm buckle with logo. As I believe the only gens are the MX ones (24mm sewn-in), could imagine rep makers not making the effort. Would be cool though, they're beautiful! Pam-O-licious
Yea, I'm not even sure if there is a gen model like it. I just think the 22mm with just the "Panerai" don't look as good and the "Panerai & logo" Seafoam - thanks but, they only had the "Panerai" on thiers
atomic_doug
That would definitely be a cool buckle, but I don't think they exist, gen or rep. The only buckles that have the 'O.P. Sea & Sky' logo are the pre-V style sewn-in ones. If Panerai ever decides to make a screw-in buckle like that, I'm sure the rep factories would get on that within minutes. ogladio
Yep, he's the man for sewned-in buckles! Darn pleasant doing business with as well. Not really sure on whether he makes them himself or if he has some sweatshop working after his drawings, believe there were some details in his section over at WC. Here's some more pics for you from his photobucket:
