V Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 First my 003 has this long tan shrunk leather strap.. 5+mm thick with a beautiful grain resembles very much the cashmere strap on the 1950. (Well I won't say identical but it is VERY close) Excellent work done by Aaron/HKTAN to leather I provided him.. I like it a lot..

My vintage Italian jacket leather strap from the 50's in the XaMas style EXTRA EXRA long... 160/80 and 6mm thick... Of course 'double stitched' by Aaron like the old days Buckle is roughly old-style engraved I will leave the photos to speak as well
V Posted October 30, 2006 Author Report Posted October 30, 2006 I think the jacket strap looks more rough and it is better for the 112 and the tan looks better on the white dialed 003. This strap (the tan) makes me want to get a fiddy to make one for it Too bad I don't like the fiddy

I think our sense of style on this is similiar and V is for Vendetta i gotta say though, your straps that are super thick - man, its a whole different universe then the other stuff i have gotten out there and they look SUPER awesome. Its all about the thick straps
