That got me curious because I couldn't quite make out what it was..google revealed it was a Patek. In the article I read they said it was a fantasy watch and they used replicas. I watched drive this afternoon and thought it looked Patek-ish, but it didn't really fit the character or his personality so I dismissed the thought. Looks like the back story of how he acquired it wasn't mentioned in the movie as it was in the book.
