wiesn089 Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 Early 70s (until 74ish) should not have Daytona written on the dial to my knowledge. There might have been (as always when it comes to vintage Rolex - most certainly has been) an overlap of dial versions, though. There are some early 4mil Daytonas with Sigma Dial around aswell as late 3mills with red writing already. I'm therefore inclined to go with LHOOQ's guess, mid-late 70s.
