offshore
Like most parts houses, you need to know exactly what you are seeking. i had researched outside the site, to ascertain model and movement numbers, but once i took that info to the site it was very quick and easy. Had a similar experience with a part for an ETA in a Tudor. Got the correct info here, and then went to Cousins, and just ordered as it was in stock. Again quick easy and relatively pain free. I'm sure they won't all be that easy, but it works for me ATM. O/S

woof*
When I ordered parts for my vintage seamaster 300 build, I was amazed at how easy it was... as long as you had the exact part number. I was lucky enough to have all the correct parts numbers with LHOOQ's help (thanks again M!) It was really painless if you have your end together..lord help you if your just browsing hoping to luck onto what you seek.
kbh
Also, they have now reduced postage for small parts to US. It's no longer necessary to have a customers signature under a certain dollar amount.
krpster
Yup, I have nothing but good things to say as well. I do find however that they often have no stock on very common parts. Perhaps I need to try the inquiry thing. Also, 50% of the time I find them cheaper than the big O.
dropbear2008
Been with Cousins for a long time and never had an issue. Wasn't aware of the unlisted parts feature. Something I will definitely look into in the future.
archierocks
saying that I have never used them for watch parts only for jewellery which i much rather use cooksons or bairds
