DW case was 190, 7734 movement is like 250, yuki hands is 50, combining parts and servicing is like 100-200. Estimated 600-700? Add 250 for black bezel on it.

Browse ebay. Your best shot is often to buy a donor watch and part out the movement. Loads of chronograph watches used the v72x/7734. I picked up a Wittnauer with a serviced 7734 for $250 a couple of days ago...
