Did the square crown guards only appear on the 5512?

vlydog - They are somewhat rare, but you occasionally see them on early 5513s also. Is this 1 yours?

The photo is from VRF passion 2011 meeting if l'm not completely wrong.

They are rare as it gets.

I may be wrong about the square 5513s. The pic in my archives turned out to be a 5512, which I believe was 1 of the 1st of the 5512 series. So the square CGs may be limited to 5512s.

They appeared on Tudor 7928's also

That's what I thought. Early run 5512 and some military subs as well as the early 7928 Tudors.

Now, I'm sure the square guard 5512 will have a gilt dial. I would love to see this. E
