DeeKa
A hommage never uses the original logo or trademarked names! Dee
gran
Its not a homage if you also copy or steal the brand name Dvs ikke falsk men en slags kopi/approksimasjon med annet navn eller uten navn feks rwg watch hoage to Railmaster fra OMEGA

Adeodatus
Check out Steinhart and compare it with some rolexes iwc etc. Steinhart is a classic homage brand. Homage uses similar or identical design of a well known brand, but puts its own branding on it.

If you want a lower grade (more affordable) homage brand...Alpha comes to mind. I would venture to say Alpha is the 'internet king' of homage watches. One shining example is the Alpha ST19 'Daytona' chronograph...the $200 china chronograph that made $wiss chronographs seem like a bad deal. stratct
A homage IMO has some different stylings than the original.
gran
A homage IMO has some different stylings than the original. Yes that s true.. the line between direct copy of style and homage is a difficult one Kiss (homage to Terry Richardson) Painting by Linnea Strid Terry Richardson Kisses Chloë Sevigny Dressed As Terry Richardson Thats how they do it in art? panerai153
Here are two examples of homage watches. The first is the MKII Kingston, which ws a homage to the Rolex 6538 Big Crown. This is a wonderful watch, unfortunately, they are a limited edition, long sold out and the ones coming upp for sale are at about 2X the original purchase price. Here is mine, the day I got it with the plastic still covering the crystal Another nice example of a homage, this one is a homage to the Omega 600 meter "Ploprof" This is the Ocean7 LM-7, Another very nice watch, and a real hunk of Stainless steel!!
