chrisbailey86
yea thats still nice. Might think about buying it. I wonder why it hasnt been replicated. It is an £18000 watch i believe.
Chronus
Probably only possible with current Asian Auto movements, which so many look down upon. No readily available unmodified ETA movements will do this, and to custom make a movement will have it's own problems... that's also why the genuine costs so much - it's all about the movement! tonton2000
Yeah, like Chrinus said, the movement itself is a 'complication', and hasn't been replicated, nor is the genuine movement available readily. The plain dial Nautilus is available however........
sam_tgg
At the moment there is no rep movement that can do a moonpahse. Just a night-day.
bkatbamna
Thank goodness. The patek forum on timezone had a cow when that watch debuted.
omni
Hi Omni, Your gift to Ubi of that beautiful Nautilus..I find is difficult to locate... I would greatly appreciate, if you could point me in the right direction... Richard, I'm afraid that was a while back, 2004 that I got that from River and it was no ordinary one, it was a more expensive Taiwan's Best version, the numbers on the dial are spot on to the gen, swiss movement, plain back as original. Your best bet is to inquire of River.
ubiquitous
I love my TW Best 3800/1A... I spend quite a bit of time gazing at this one. No mods, as it simply doesn't need them. 99% there as is!
ubiquitous
BTW... WM has a very nice Nauti Jumbo...

WatchMaster's has the stick markers, and now I prefer the roman.... seems they are easier to place, making mis-alignment less of a factor... I just picked up a non-jumbo on Trc trading.... just to check it out for size... I will also inquire with EL or River for the Jumbo however....
