The Domino's Rolex is a corporate award that was given to successful franchise managers. There are a few other similar pieces from different companies. Nearly always Air-Kings, since they cost the least.

atomic " The Domino's Rolex is a corporate award that was given to successful franchise managers" Figured that.

iRolex "if one was given to me...dial change immediately" In a second, ugly with the Logo.

I suppose if you were a Pizza shop manager, and you were handed a new Rolex, you wouldn't care if the company logo was on the dial.

Rolex did quite a bit of "private label" branding back in the 90's maybe late 80's as well. Some of these have become quite collectable. One example was the Cotton bowl watch that was given to players and coaches of the teams playing in the Cotton Bowl. Now the dials are worth as much as a same era Air King watch!

You see these watches come up for sale on the Vintage Rolex Market pretty frequently.

Actually when I worked at domino's in the netherlands (long time ago) my manager received one.

He was voted best manager of the netherlands.

With the rolex he got $5.000 bonus, an all payed holiday to vegas and $2,500 there to spend on gambling.

Would say pretty good deal.

Sounds like a nice perc GMT for a job well done.

sneed12, it seems like me most are not enamored of the logo dial, different strokes for different folks. :victory:
