Any difference in OEM T-19 vs Clark's?

Should I go with OEM or Clark is in par with the OEM one?

If you were asking about 127 then I would say save your money band get a Clark's but 19s I don't know but the new t39s from Clark's are looking good

clarks are excellent for the price, and thats not to say settle because its inexpensive, they really are very close to gen for 1/10th the price

The only difference imo is the clarity of the gen crystal which is much better.

Agreed, I have two subs I wear weekly, one with a Clark T19 and the other a gen T19.

Cosmeticly they are very close, the gen is slightly clearer. The biggest difference for me is the Clark gets more scratches by the end of the week. Not a big deal as I usually polish them every couple weeks. Really, I was quite surprized at how close the Clark T19 is to the gen.

If cost is not an issue (with the understanding that differences, while they exist, may be subtle), always go gen. If not, Clarks is a good alternative.

I use Brasso on the crystals and the acrylic/lexan inserts for the 6542. Makes `em shine like new. Most any light polish will work.

My job beats my watches up pretty good. I use Polywatch, just follow the instructions and the crystal is like new in a few minutes.
