RWG Banned?

Today I went to a Whole Foods store for a brew and internet time. Tried to log on to RWG and got an intercept that said the DNS for RWG had been blocked. It placed RWG in the same category as porn sites. I wonder who runs the censorship list?

I have gone to libraries that block Youtube. We do seem to have quite a bit of censorship.
