The dial is not great, but ok, the bezel is a bit worn and the insert looks pretty good. My friend and I cannot determine for sure what they are for. On the back of the dial are the numbers 21 with a space and then the numbers 1311 below that are the numbers 0823. The insert presses into the bezel, it is not glued in. Dial (patina) looks mid 16800 to Y era 16610 I don't believe they ever made a SL'd pearl for the Flat 4....,tritium only. Though I could be wrong.
