Looks good to me. With a new dial and hands, you should be good to go til the next time it needs to be serviced.

No. The clasp was all-stainless on the older 16613 non-SEL models.

Nice pickup, i have the same watch but mine is a U serial.. Its a classic, no sel,lugholes,ss clasp,no lec,no rehaut engraving,and no hideous bar code. Enjoy it.
