Remove the strap & you will find the model number between 1 set of lugs & the serial number between the opposite set. You might also remove the caseback & snap a pic of the movement.

Freddy not mine & the serial numbers my friend gave me didn't match up  with anything in the data base I have(I do try to do my homework, before I ask) that being said went to Rolex for repairs so a Rolex, thought one of the Rolex guys might know it off hand. Now I saw same one with date, Precision  above the 6 but not this one.

You might try posting on VRF, but you are still likely to be referred to the model number between the lugs. Hard to tell from the pic, but the dial may be repainted, which will leave that lug number as the only reliable method of deducing the model.

Might be a 6422- you know it's manual wind, doesn't say oyster, looks like a 50's model maybe a 1120 or 1220 movt. inside- try bing or google- that's what i did and found one that looked just like yours

That should read 'perpetual', not 'oyster'

Based on 896,xxx SN, it's early 60's which is fine
