want to ask if someone of you knows where I can source from HK a DayDate, made of real gold and diamond set. Here in Gemany are a lot on the market, even on the bay you can find some. They have genuine movements, BTW. A guy told me they came from Hong Kong...

WOW,'That store has some serious bling!! What's so crazy, if you add the cost of a case, bezel and 18K bracelet, you are already at the cost of a genuine 18038. I'm not talking about one with diamonds, etc. A plain yellow gold Day Date with regular fluted bezel and the 18K President bracelet. If you add the cost of a genuine movement,crystal, dial, hands, this one would be more than a gen.

i bought one from the local shop with custom diamond and ruby..not cheap though. with correct marking on both the case and bracelet.  the case and bracelet were tested 18k.  i can send you a pic via PM if you want.

 

IIRC it costed me around 7.8k USD. gen would cost over 20k+ easy
