I think it's still free, so here's an idea: How about if we use this thread to share Photosynth panoramas of "where we live"? It would be a neat way to immerse ourselves "inside" a 3D panorama of another member's location. I'll upload one from where I live so you can see what I mean. I'm struggling getting them to view on my phone, so I tried uploading them to photosynth.net and that might work a little better. But it's still not what I anticipated for sharing them. It's one of my favorite climbs, heading up Mt Baldy to cross over to the ridge line across the valley. Check the lynx tracks in the snow. I'm in Houston and I get smog and traffic to take pictures of (which is why i havent taken any) and you get that gorgeous view... No, this picture is not from France. Not as exotic(?). The picture is from Norway. Right outside of Oslo!
