I sent in a crystal more than a month ago and their online listing for progress simply says "pending". I've emailed several time (both via the site and by email) and get not reply. imajedi Posted August 22, 2013 Report Share Posted August 22, 2013 I used them about 3 months ago. I got my stuff back but took about a month for the AR. I think they do it in "runs". The crystal without the magnifiying lens was done great, the one with was a complete botch job. Big patches of missing AR around the magnifying lens. This is my biggest point of unhappiness at this point... as, it leaves me wondering - do I start the search for a new 3714 crystal or... am I waiting for something that will actually come back to me. He is located in Europe. He needs to know in advance the diameter of the watch we want to send him to be sure the provider has holders for the right size/diameter. sunny dale sold on RWI many coated crystals for the 42mm and 45mm PO, I bought one and was satisfied.
