How is the AR on this watch? Is it possible to relumen the hands and the face?

LOL. No AR, No Lume, No O rings, No screw in Crown, Miyota quartz

 

However Micky is just stuck on face, so plenty of scope here to transfer mickey and hands to a cheap old rolex sub or similar for a very unique watch
