Date change all of a sudden at 6 o'clock

Don't know what happened but all of a sudden i realized that the date on my

MBW DRSD 1665 changes at 6 o'clock instead of 12 o'clock.

Think i know the answer bring it to a watchmaker , but what i would like to know if this is a

expensive repair.

all he needs to do is detach & reattach the hours hand

Make sure it changes at the same time every day before you have the hands repositioned.

I'm guessing it's a 2824-2. They use a spring washer to hold the hour wheel in place. Sometimes it will slip up out of position. Be sure your watchsmith adds tension to the spring washer before he wraps it up.

Thanks guys i will have a look if he changes date at te same hour.

Then i will send it of to a watchmaker on this forum to get it fixed also the datewheel could use some re-alignment.
