Ripped off at Chrono24 auction - A bad fake Tudor 7016

Looks like a 79090 , they may have just mislabeled it . They have 2846 movements most 90's period ones do

But I reckon its a sapphire crystal so could be a 79190

Chrono 24 is the Wild West of watch selling. Wouldn't buy anything from any dealer on there that I haven't handled in person first. If you have a problem, even with the so called top or premier or whatever they call it dealers then C24 will not want to know or help in any way.

Agreed.  Hang out on this forum for a while and you realize how good some of the non gen watches are.

Ok mislabeled a watch, it can happen   

 

They where 100% sure it was a genuine 7016.

 

It looks like a 79190 but the crown guards are to fat and it has a 6mm crown?

 

Also watchcase number 737731 is a well known fake 7016 serial.

Agreed the CG's are on the somewhat large side , I always get thrown by some good lug holes and these looked very good
