longshot Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love dual register chronos and I am so jonesing for one of those. Wish it came with rubber sine I already ahev a new Ingy on the bracelet Wear it in good health!
swdivad Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 This will be my next I think... I have to build a shopping list. There are so many nice reps out there now and coming! How does it compare in quality to the plain Inge? Are seconds at 12?

Devedander Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Very nice! How does the dial look? Does it seem to be the same procedure (ie does it look like it might suffer from dial chipping?). I love the simple look of the normal ingy, but the chrono does a great job of keeping the complexity balanced with a clean professional look... just don't know if I could get used to no date...
Usil Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Flavor, The black and white shot is great. Something about the Ingy works in B&W. Seems natural. Also, are you going to do preventive maintenance on the bracelet after the several reports on it failing? Usil
Richard Tracy Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Nice photos ! I love the fact that the case thickness is the same as the date ingy.... How is the weight in comparison ?
Watchmeister Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Great pics. I am very happy with the original. Do yourself a favor and reglue the deployment on the bracelet. Love the chronos but a date is a higher priority for me too. Is it the same caseback as the non-chrono?

Watchmeister Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Both of these watches are worth the relume. IMHO, it adds pretty significantly to getting it closer to gen.
chrgod Posted December 17, 2006 Report Posted December 17, 2006 Thanks for the pictures! I really like that "Double Wristshot"... Nice comparison.. The Gerald Genta Casedesign reminds me of the Rolex Oysterquartz.. Cool! I have to have one of these.. but which one..? Sexy Chrono, with somewhat possibly troublesome movement but no datefont issue, or plain version with bulletproof ETA...

flavor flav Posted December 18, 2006 Author Report Posted December 18, 2006 Both of these watches are worth the relume. IMHO, it adds pretty significantly to getting it closer to gen. i agree. i'll do the relume sooner or later along with an AR coating for both. these two are not high on my list right now for mods. have to finish my 2 vc overseas first. cross upgrades and AR coatings. and i have a bunch of pam projects that will also come first.
TK471 Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 I haven't seen this rep before. I like it. Very nice chrono.
Hugo1 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Have u tried them both for a dunk in water?
flavor flav Posted December 19, 2006 Author Report Posted December 19, 2006 Have u tried them both for a dunk in water? of course! every watch i get gets dunked in hot water/dishsoap mix for a cleaning. i then pull the caseback after drying and check for any sign of moisture. i watch for bubbles when in the water.
Nebakanezzar Posted December 28, 2006 Report Posted December 28, 2006 just try to pry this thing off my wrist! just try............ Hmmm, after that statement, I am very suprised you are selling this beauty.... I was thinking about getting a chrono myself, I am curious what changed your mind?
