swdivad
Nice watch, as seamasters are (I have a the gen smp pro blue), but I can't understand why someone would want a watch with markings depicting a person, especially a fictitional one Kinda cheesy imho... It's like wearing a Mickey mouse watch sans fun.
jsph
wacky!... LOVE the second hand... the dial is... making... my... head... spin... ! (i like the near-lack of text -- i do wish they started cutting the text out of many dials, not just for novelty dials like this. things went a little bad when the submariner 5513's two lines of text turned into 4 lines, and noone looked back.) thanks for the awesome photo. love that bracelet, as always. Logan
Actually I quite like it, the dial isn't exactly subtle but I've always loved the gun barrel imagery in the bond title sequence. Love the second hand. Bring on the reps!!
amptor
nice. shouldn't be that hard to rep, I mean the dial is mostly flat. how can you go wrong. we will see. the buck begins here I think if I ever buy a seamaster again, it'll be a regular model though. Before i started to really learn about watches gen & rep i thought the 007 watch was a fake fantasy watch!
r11co
This is at least the third thread on this subject, and I will say again what I said in the first two - fugly! Thank goodness they didn't give this treatment to a Planet Ocean.... Edited March 31, 2006 by r11co
manuel
omega does fiction watches: This seamaster is based on a fictious character and the speedmaster never arrived to moon, because americans never landed in the moon, it was just a film. Come on, didn u know that?
jsph
r11co: that's funny -- cuz the planet ocean is pretty f-ugly to begin with!! jsph -- the entire world needs two watches: rolex 5513, omega 2254.50. ok, three: gshock 5600.
